I got to deal with Excel twice this year. Their way of helping customers is really supportive and easy. The communication is quick and customer-orientated. I attended a congress and fellowship in the Netherlands (AGA NVA). The organisation was great, everything was taken into account and questions were answered quickly. Great work! Thank you!

I had a very positive experience of working with Excel recently. I attended the European Orthopaedic Research Society (EORS) meeting from 2–4 October 2019 in Maastricht, the Netherlands. The service, organisation and communication were excellent. The organisers responded rapidly to my queries and took care of all the logistics. There was even an app (Whova) for networking with other attendees, posting photos, asking questions and checking the conference programme and agenda. The app also had links to social media and profiles of the invited speakers. What I liked most about Excel was the real people behind the event. I found them to be professional and attentive. Thanks for a great conference.
Very well organized and communicated well. I was an overseas guest speaker at a Dutch conference so there was quite a bit of communication that was needed.
Ik heb in het kader van een travelling fellowship van de NVA (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Arthroscopie) van de service van Excel gebruik mogen maken. Hierbij hebben we enkele klinieken in Nederland en in Londen bezocht met 4 Nederlandse fellows en 3 fellows uit Londen. Het fellowship was voor ons erg leerzaam en daarnaast heel gezellig! Het was allemaal strak georganiseerd en het heeft ons nergens aan ontbroken. Logistiek prima en prima hotels! De communicatie per sms/mail/telefoon was zeer adequaat. Dank voor alles!
Ik heb een zeer waardevol fellowhip gehad met dank aan de NVA en Excel congresservice. Er was een interessant programma opgesteld, zowel op de operatie kamers als op sociaal vlak. We hebben verschillende inspirerende artsen en ziekenhuizen bezocht. Ik wil de NVA bedanken voor het faciliteren van dit fellowship.
