Just saw a negative post regarding the owner, so thought I'd share my experience. The man of this shop is so lovely, he always remembers the order for the care home I work at and their names. Food is the best I've been to in Brighton and the owner has always been warm and welcoming.

This place hasn't changed and I am glad of it! The fish is freshly fried and the chips are proper potatoes, none of this frozen pre-packaged stuff. If you want proper fish and chips in a retro setting, this is the place to go.
