Very happy with our experience at Johnny Bigg TTP. Came in to get 1 suit and left with 3! Both staff members were very helpful in selecting sizes and colours. We felt well looked after. Highly recommended!

For someone with such big feet compared to mt body, this place is perfect for the perfect dress shoe! Their range of clothing is also amazing! 10/10 for customer service and friendly staff!

The Plaza was extremely busy today, my partner and I entered this store after spending 300 in Connor. Walked in and the two sales assistants basically shouted at us "How you going" from behind the counter across the store. After browsing for about ten minutes we found a few items (had to search through for correct sizes) and made our way to the fitting rooms. I had to go and find another size for my partner. Carrying our shopping bags, they could see I was struggling to find another size in a t-shirt pile but again proceeded to shout across the store at me "Are you ok there". It wasn't even asked, it was said like a token statement. The two sales assistants kept on chatting loudly behind the counter. At no point did either of them come over to offer any kind of assistance or God forbid try to sell us something. We came out of the fitting rooms and at that time about 6 other customers entered the store. One sales assistant mosied over to a gentleman with 4 jackets in his arms. I told my partner we are not spending any money in this store. He is just an XL size but with broad shoulders. For guys that don't have any option but to shop this brand for fashion - you are joking with this level of "service" and taking advantage. I've worked in retail management for over 12 years, the last 5 of which running a menswear business. I am disgusted at the standard of service you deem acceptable and will continue to shop at your competitor Connor - where they offered all of their customers that I saw today attentive and friendly service. This gives all retail employees a bad name. In the market today there is no room for this complacency. If you want your business to survive you need to establish a high level of customer care. Poor form.

Excellent service, respectful and knowledgeable. I haven't felt this comfortable in clothing in years. Prices are a bit expensive but products are of high quality.
