Had query on an app. Took in & Dave sorted straight away. It was me being a numpty but he was very polite, professional & didn't laugh too much. Didn't charge me either. Fantastic service
I popped in as the charging port on my iPhone was playing up. They immediately said that it was probably pocket fluff and then cleaned it all out for me and now works perfectly again! They didn't charge me a penny! That's quite impressive when they could easily have changed the port and charged me, so hats off to great and honest service
Used these guys twice now. Both times repaired my iPhone very quickly. Great service and a very inexpensive service. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
Took my phone in to replace the screen as it had cracked when I dropped it. Sent my mum to collect the phone a few days later when it was ready only to get it back and there to be a spotlight on the screen and it overall be very poor quality with writing looking strange as you scroll. I was charged 100 for non branded cheap parts and when I returned the phone told it was my fault as I'd obviously dropped it again and they would not rectify or refund. I've taken it to another shop today and they have confirmed the screen is faulty and a low quality product that they can't believe I was charged 100 for. I'm annoyed with myself for taking it to this place as I've had a quality repair done before by sending it to a place online which was with a Samsung branded part and nearly the same price. Check online and don't get ripped off.
