I contacted Richard after reading his 5 Star Google reviews. I wasn't disappointed, his top reviews were well deserved. He picked up my troubled laptop and returned it later that day sorted, for a very reasonable price. Unlike my previous experience with these big rip-off companies. He's very knowledgeable in his profession and will initially advise you over the phone for free. Highly recommended. If he ever started selling reconditioned hardware I would definitely buy one from this man. Did I mention he's also a thoroughly nice chap. He adheres to Covid rules so mask-up !
