My Mercedes-Benz had suffered some damage to the front and rear bumper on separate occasions in car parks, and I also had some scratches on my alloy wheels I wanted repaired before returning the car to the lease company. I received a quotation really quickly which I was happy with and got a booking slot for the next day. When Antony said he could make everything look like new I was skeptical, but the finish is truly like new, you honestly can not see any trace of the damage. Outstanding result, and all delivered on time at my house, without any mess and as per the quotation. 5 star service! Thank you for making it so stress free!

Really happy with the service I received from this company and the work they carried out. I scuffed my Range Rover rear bumper whilst parking and needed it repaired before returning the car to the lease company. They came to my home at short notice and carried out the work without issue. Will definitely be recommendIng them to all my family and friends!
After catching my rear passenger door on a gate latch, I contacted these guys. They turned up over an hour late in the day but to be honest it wasn’t a massive deal. They done the job outside my house. Once the job was done I noticed the door was very dull compared to the rest,but was told the let the paint dry and apply turtle wax. I wasn’t convinced and wasn’t happy as it seemed I was doing their job for them but reluctantly agreed and paid. The following week somebody damaged the other side of the car in a parking lot. Assuming they still had the paint I asked if they could touch up the damage and also paint my break calipers while they were around (at an extra cost of course). They were over an hour late again but job was done and again paint seemed dull and also once I move the car I noticed the paint from the callipers had dripped. Following morning I also noticed rain droplets in the paint so contacted them with pictures and was told its not a big deal and that they’d get around to me eventually. Fast forward lots of back and forth, they came around to fix it. Next day I got the wax they recommended and used it as instructed. Long story short, where they repainted it still looks dull, matt and some would even say it’s a different colour plus they wheels they ‘fixed’ are still covered in paint. We called them straight away and showed them all the pictures. They advised me to purchase an electric polisher and polish it myself?!? Surely this is what I have already paid them to do (twice now!) We tried to be polite and get this sorted but after spending over 600 and experienced terrible customer service we’re now in the process of getting quotes from legit bodyworks garages to repair the mess. To top it all of they said they would be happy to fix it but as we live 40 miles away it’s not really worth their time! I would defo no recommend. Don’t waste your money as find a legit bodyworks repair company!
