Excellent flats very spacious
I am sadly disappointed with this homes care and understanding of dementia patients. The staff have little training in this difficult condition and I sincerely regret leaving my sister in their care, they have hastened her deterioration with their lack of understanding lack of entertainment and seem to think it is appropriate to lock patients indoors for days on end. I would have thought that considering my sister was paying over 1100.00 per week for care that someone could have been spared to walk outside with her for 10 or 15 minutes a day on the 3 days of the week that I didn't have some outside stimulation arranged.
Lovely place looked beautiful in the snow and garden looked wonderful
