This is a very nice restaurant with an interesting take on fresh fish for Canggu. The tuna is very fresh and the cocktails were nice and refreshing. The road is a bit noisy but overall the ambiance was nice. You leave the meal satisfied and feeling healthy. I felt the prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of fare. I recommend the mahi-mahi and the tuna plate. I will return the next time I am in Canggu. The only warning would be that there really aren’t any options for non fish eaters.
Moana is probably the best restaurant I've been to for seafood! If you're in Bali and you want to eat quality seafood in a great friendly atmosphere, go to Moana! The service is also 5
Would be helpful if you have photo of the dishes on the menu. I can hardly tell any difference between each food. Also, i had the sliced seared tuna. It was ok
Great place for lunch, a bit noisy as it is on the main road. However the food was good and portions are well enough ti be full.
Second time going to this restaurant. First time early in the year. It was not the best experience, poor service, over crowded and not the best food. I told myself I'd not repeat it. But decided to give it a second chance, as it is a popular place (I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out why!) and give it a go. While this time the service was better, not great, but much decent, the same can't be said about the food. The fish was tasteless, absolutely tasteless. Which is a big disappointment as fish in this area is fresh, delicious and usually a catch of the day. I guess this one was frozen. Portion was tiny. Price is cheaper than competitors, but still this was not even half, more like a quarter of the usual fish portions. For fish being abundant in the area, one sure expects much more. The sweet potato accompaning the fish was nice though. The cocktails are cheaper than other places (I assume this might be the reason it is more crowded), although nothing spectacular or special. So for drinks seems alright. In my opinion, this a very over rated place. I won't be going back. Not a repeat for sure!
5/5! The BEST poke bowl I've ever had was here! Amazing atmosphere and great food. Super fresh seafood and lovely service :)
Vibe of the place is spot-on given its name, very Maori, Polynesian inspired. The Tuna Omelette was not bad. Coffee is good.
