Unfortunately a very poor experience with MK Cycling. I enquired about a wheel rebuild and was advised to book online. The earliest slot was 3 weeks, Sat July 11th, which was completely understandably with the Covid situation. I advised the company of what bike I had and would like the strongest possible replacement spokes for the rebuild. Fast forward 3 weeks and the mechanic turns up on time but has no spokes for the rebuild as he needed to look at it first. Very disappointing but the guy replaced the broken spokes and told me the new spokes were ordered and I should hear by Tuesday or Wednesday as I'd get an email informing me of their arrival and to book another appointment. Again disappointing as it could mean another 3 week wait but again, a sign of the times No email arrived informing of the spokes arriving. I received a generic email on the 14th asking how the bike was. I tried to reply to it twice but the email just bounced back I emailed the company on the 20th of July enquiring about my rebuild and have never received a response from them which is very disappointing They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they repaired the spokes and it was a decent repair. Unfortunately it's not what I was after
