Lovely people who clearly know what they are doing and put their customers at the heart of the business. My laptop stopped working due to a problem with a cooling fan. They cleaned it out and got it working again and just charged for labour. Unfortunately i had to take it back a couple of days later as the fan required replacing (the laptop is 10 yrs old). They replaced the cooling fan at no charge. I was delighted and it now works perfectly. It is refreshing to find this kind of old fashioned service today and i would recommend them to anyone especially those like myself ho have very limited technical know how . They will go out of their way to explain everything and will do their utmost to keep the cost down.

A little difficult to locate but a 1st class customer service made it worth the effort to find. A speedy, friendly, confident and good value service. You don't find many this reliable, these days.

I had a hard drive which wouldn't boot up, Windows wouldn't recognise it, other data recovery software didn't work and the data on it was vital to my friend. I sent a facebook message to MJS who responded promptly (on a Sunday) and gave me a quote for the recovery if they were able to retrieve the data. I took the drive to them just after 10am on the Monday, and by 2:00pm I had confirmation that all data had been recovered and copied to an USB external drive which was included in the price and I was able to collect it the same day. The turnaround time was fantastic and the service great - I really want to thank you for this and I'd recommend them. Cheers!
