The waiting time to speak to reception is 45 minutes. I assume they putting the phone on side and not bothered to take the calls. Before you thinking to register with this surgery please call them and try it out. Good luck Good luck you won't hear from anyone before 45 minutes.

Rubbish. I called to get a check for my ears as they were blocked. The receptionist booked me in 2 weeks later with the nurse to get my ears syringed, all I was told is use olive oil ear drops in the meantime. Got to my appointment and the nurse said \if you haven't seen a GP I can't help you\. Rude and unprofessional. She didn't even bother. Just looked into my ears and said it's clearing up so keep using the ear drops and was quick to send me on my way. A few weeks later I seeked private help. My ears were cleared using microsuction tech. The audiologist took one look and said your GP practice should have said you needed help from the beginning. It was fully blocked. I should have checked the reviews before! Same story for most it seems. Don't make the same mistake I did! Avoid this surgery.

Impossible to get an appointment, ridiculous waits to get through to reception (and this was long before Covid-19). The online booking platform registration process is overly complicated and clunky not to mention that the website is very confusing and not user friendly. If I had a choice I wouldn't register but it is my only local surgery. When I have actually managed to get an appointment the doctor has been fantastic and I have been seen quickly ,so it is a shame that the booking process lets this surgery down so badly.
