I stopped in yesterday to have small pearls removed from a new necklace. They were so nice and took just a few minutes to take care of it. I have used them before for other items and have always been pleased. I highly recommend them!

Very nice people the second time I went in to get my wife's ring resized they didn't charge me for it, and they work on the jewelry as soon as it comes in.
Excellent service got a chain repaired that ripped for a very low cost and only in 45 minutes!
I have been here a few times and spent quite a bit of money. This place is expensive and incompetent on jewelry. They can replace batteries on watches but don’t trust them with anything else. I brought a necklace back and simply asked them to tighten the clasp and the jeweler told me the piece has never been in the store and to show him a receipt. It’s been at least two-three months since I had the necklace restrung (for the second time at the same place!)so of course I had thrown the receipt away. It was a simple request but he decided insulting me, a very good customer, was the right way to go. Never again!
Went in to get a battery replaced. The owner worked incredibly fast, was very friendly, and his price was much lower than I expected.
