So the toilet flew away with the hurricane, it's been over a week they haven't been able to get it into working order and are still charging, won't give an extra week of service since I paid and hasn't been used, no reimbursement or anything.. I should've listened to the reviews ... all the girl says is I'm sorry we don't do that like if that's going to put my money back in my pocket
Horrific customer service. They lost a really good customer. The female that assisted me is extremely rude.
It seems that companies or businesses in general have forgotten what makes them grow its the customer that orders and reordering services from them but like all business they tend to forget that they are nice to you at first to your business then forget all about you or forget to service your order at all so long story short I was trying to continue ordering services from them but something in the translation or miscommunication was lost but instead of helping I was told by Veronica that she didn't care in losing one customer that they can afford it and didn't care it may be true but its reputation that they are losing one customer word my be small but then get more that's when they notice, be careful
GREAT SERVICE!! We rented tables, chairs, linens and a port-o-potty, for our event. Everything was delivered with a smile! Highly recommend using South Shary Rentals!
