I have been a member of Primal 2 years now and it's ace. Couldn't do a handstand before I came to this gym. Now, and I am 59 years of age, I can hold a freestanding handstand for 30 seconds. I has also been taught other bodyweight skills. No other local gym can touch Primal and I know because I have tried them all.

Great gym, great people! Highly recommended whether you're serious about the gym or just want to have fun while getting fit. Something for everyone.
They've got a nice little dog friendly cafe
I spend more time here than I do in my own home. I've tried countless classes and I've not found one that I didn't love. There is something for everyone here and the trainers are brilliant! I would recommend this playground disguised as a gym to anyone!
