Impressive. We sat there for 3 hours and we had probably the best lunch of our lives. The experience is unique, everything you taste is new. The service is the best you can experience in the world. We really enjoyed our time here, it was a lot more than just food.

By Argentinian-Italian chef Mauro Colagreco. Outstanding and exceptional. Deserves to be crowned the best restaurant in the world. Exceptional presentation from beginning to end. Outstanding taste and food combinations. Decor is simple but magnificent views of the Mediterranean. Service was very professional and friendly but got slow when the restaurant got full.

The expectations when you walk into, what is billed as the world's #1 restaurant, and then to have them exceeded by some margin kind of surprised me. It might not have been a good idea to go to Mirazur this early in the vacation. Now every restaurant will have an impossible task to try to equal the location, service, ambiance and sheer quality of the ingredients and what Chef Colagreco's magically does to them. So thankful that I got this chance to try Mirazur. I'll be back for sure.
Good. But not great. There were a few dishes that blew me off my feet like the zucchini with shrimp. The salmon with roe was excellent as well. The crab shell was absolutely delicious. Dessert was weird. They asked us to sit outside and gave us a few pieces of chocolate and some ice cream. We weren’t sure where to pay. Some of the dishes had a lot of instructions because they also layered in other dishes which also had a few instructions. I think they need to consider taking it a little slower and make it slightly less complicated. I am just okay about this restaurant because Blue Hill at Stone Barns felt like an experience where this was sitting there for several hours in the same setting. If you’re in NY be sure to try Blue Hill for a true experience.
