If you haven’t already wasted your money to move in here, know this before you do. They use rules to harass people guise of safety and order, apparently cars were being broken into last week, so tell me again how their many rules make us “safe”... I have been harassed multiple times by the main security guard, simply minding my business, over a period of years. I already moved out and I am here only to visit family for a few weeks, and I’ve already experienced harassment. Those good reviews are straight up lies or are coming from individuals who profit from tricking you into moving in.

Excellent attention, safe community, all personal are diligent and give the solution rapidly. Is one the most safety in the area and the control is 24/7.
Having been living at Villas at Nautica for a few years, I can honestly say Hector, Ilse and their whole team are by far the most dependable community. Everything is easy with them, they always have a solution for anything you may need, they're incredibly responsive and proactive. My family and I are very happy to live there.
Nice gated community. Not sure why people have a hard time with the guards. They are always friendly and polite. Strict rules are sometimes needed to keep things in order.
