Gated community located in SW Broward county. Grounds are fairly maintained. Easy access to restaurants, parks and hospitals. Easy access to Costco and I75. Part of Monarch Lakes community. Mandatory association. Not FHA approved. Desired location and community. Great community amenities.

The parking regulations in this community are absolutely ridiculous. One assigned space per home which are 2-3 bedroom or more each. Guest spots can only be used for 14 days out of the month??? How on earth is a family supposed to live here?? What household owns only one vehicle? Honestly this is the most ridiculously stupid regulation on parking I have ever seen. They have been going around booting vehicles that are for residents because they did not register or pay money on top of the association fee for some supposed decal that I have yet to see on any vehicles. The manager here is absolutely out of control. The community is being controlled by a small group of people who share interest in milking money out of the community. This is seriously a corrupt manager and council. We need proper votes for things like this where all home owners in the community get a voice and a vote. This is not fair to people who have been living here since there was only one small row of town homes built. Please show some decency towards the community or face the owners coalition! Soon flyers will be posted to gather concerned homeowners together to take down this injustice. My recommendation to people for now is to steer clear from this neighborhood till management is replaced.

Poorly ran HOA. They so not follow the state laws as to how to run a legal HOA. No one knows where money is going. They have no emergency plan, do not respond in a timely manner, and make decisions without notifying residents. Notices to residents are to be mailed through the post office, emailed, or hand delivered face to face. Door hangers are unacceptable. The lawn people can blow them off, children can take them off or the weather. There are renters here who were not notified by their landlord about the new parking requirements and had to pay for boot removal. A new TV in the gym room should not take priority over the broken equipment unless you want to get sued. Getting cable should not take priority over keeping the pool clean, adding more parking spots, fixing roofs. You are very liable for these boot occurrences. I know of 2 who are seeking legal counsel, and I have been expecting response from you For a week and a half now. You cost me a client because I had a boot on my car. Johnathan wouldn't have been this messy.
