I had excellent service here. My Hyundai Santa Fe had a recall for a software update, they also offered a free oil change. I scheduled via the link in the email and was taken right away (actually 10 minutes early). They said it would take about an hour, so I waited, they were right. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, free coffee and some donuts, TV and massage chairs with charging station for your devices. Very pleasant experience, the only thing that would have made it better would be a WiFi connection available.
Didn't even attempt to compete with a new car sales deal. Should tell you a lot. Best to buy elsewhere--their actual own words.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Responsive to my inquiries, upfront about pricing. Even though my trade in was worth less than I hoped, they managed to make the deal work at even a lower payment that I had expected based on their online calculator.
I know Hyundai sales team is fantastic. There is no pressure and the deals are handled with complete transparency. Plus look at this picture I snapped when I was there.
