I have been with this practice for the last 10 years and have always found it to be extremely pleasant and professional. Mr Patel has looked after my eyes in a courteous and very practical way advising me at every stage of my eye condition and outcomes. I am only leaving the practice now because I am moving out of area and can only hope that I find another optician with such empathy. I shall miss him and wish him continued good health. I had a routine eye examination today. Tracey took great care in examining my eyes. She also checked on a repair to a damaged retina last year which she had spotted and which left untreated could have been very serious. I have been with Mirage for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Very impressed by the professional and friendly service at Mirage, where I had a thorough and unhurried eye test with scan today. The optician I saw was clearly very experienced. They also have invested in the latest technology. As a result, I feel more confident in the accuracy of my prescription than at the chains offering cheap / free but often (unreliably?) quick tests. Thank you.
