From start to finish the service was fantastic. Lucie helped choose the best paper and binding that would produce what we were after and be cost effective. She gave me a sample book, unprinted, to get a feel for the number of pages etc and also provided me with a full printed mock-up all included in the original price. The turn-around was very speedy and the books look spot on. Brilliant.
