We popped in around midday without having booked as a family of 5, and were greeted warmly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were seated immediately and given time to look over the menu. They provided a high chair for the youngest with no fuss. The food was good, and with very little wait time. Overall a great dining experience!

We loved this place. It's so close to the Cathedral and local shops! The food is great, service is fast, and has such a cozy atmosphere. It has become a regular place for us!
Today me n my partner visited Ely. And went into this public house. On entry we was very well greeted. Was sat down. Ordered drinks and food. We must say the service was impeccable. From start to finish. Was not rushed was left to enjoy the good food and the atmosphere. Everyone was very kind and happy to us. Considering what we are all going through. We both thank all the staff for the lovely service we got. Defo recommend this tavern.
Went here with my wife and 3 spaniels. Seated considerately for our dogs. Absolutely lovely friendly service,good food in a beautiful pub. Awesome location right next to the cathedral. Couldn't ask for better thankyou
Best pub in Ely to catch a pint in between trips to the market or festival. Always a good place to flirt with some of the finer staff members and occasional Ely locals. Will need to head back when I'm single :) Also great food and drinks.
