It was pretty good. Service was not on point but the food made up for it. \The Best Chicken Sandwich in Kansas City\ was pretty darn good. The Pizza was excellent as usual. The Suprise was the Baked Cream Cheese Pesto Dip!! Wow... Just Wow! Check it out! Also the social distancing and safety measures put in place for my family's safety were very appreciated!! This place knows how to do business!

First time trying Minsky's pizza. Taste was amazing. Service was polite and brought the order to my car. Only complaint is the pizza is a little too thin for my liking. Side note: The Minsky's burlesque lager goes perfect with pizza.
Love Minsky's Liberty location. The staff and the service are really good and I really like the open layout of the restaurant. The food has been great every time we have been. You cannot go to Minsky's and not order a salad with the peppercorn ranch. It really is the best salad ever. We recently tried to the new KC Joe's barbecue pizza and it was amazing. Hope to see more collaborations like this in the future. Chicken Z-Man pizza??? Tara is awesome and so helpful. We will definitely be back.
I frequent the Liberty location on my lunch hour. Seating is usually quick, Jolene, who usually takes care of me, already knows what I want to drink (guess I need to change it up, lol). Place is always clean, including the bathrooms. For a lunch, prices are fair, sports are playing on the TV's. It's a nice way to recharge after a busy AM at work. If you go Minsky's in Liberty & Jolene is there, tell her I sent ya. She'll take good care of you.
Absolutely delicious pizza. For a pizza place, the price tag gave me some pause, but if you're looking for something a little bit fancier than a cheap \it's at least a meal\ kind of pizza, this is your place. We got the prime cut deep-dish (no extra charge) and it was to die for. Gooey cheese, a thick tast crust, and it paired excellently with a ranch dipping sauce.
