Ordered philly cheesesteak found hair in the sandwich was sitting by the door to the kitchen 3 people was making pizza one guy had mask donut didn't cover his beard the 2 girls had no face mask on the girl in the middle wiped her nose with her right hand and reached for food to put on the pizza. Always the best pizza. The staff is always friendly and quick on their feet.
Not so good today the other local locations are way better by far! They gave my cheese sticks to someone else, pizza was not the freshest and wings were overly chewy....who wants overly chewy wings sad to say my whole order ended up being free. Customer service is key
Pizza is great. Unfortunately it takes forever to get pizza. If they say 30 min just be prepared to wait 45 for a carry out. Tonight (12-4-2020) it took over a hour after being told 30 min. This pic is what they gave me the last time I ordered a deep dish pizza. It looks like original crust just rolled up on the side.
They had a place for us and other patrons to wait for a seat, the staff was courteous and always had their masks on correctly and worked hard to maintain as safe an environment as they could while continuing to be enjoyable. Nobody seemed bothered we were there and we didn't mind waiting as we had gone to another place and waited twice as long only to have multiple online people come after us only to be seated way before us, hence why we tried again but checked in online yesterday and still left. This was a better experience even though it was late the staff was about their business. Thanks. The best cheeseburger pizza imo
