5 Stars for the food! But 4 Stars for the service, sometimes they don't have enough help. So 4.5 Stars. The awesome things are there sashimi platter and the softshell crab as well as countless other sushi dishes. Presentation is pretty.
Went back to Minori with my brother and sister-in-law and had a wonderful meal. I had the shrimp sunumono which was cut thicker than most but tasty, and their house specialty, the Whitefish Carpaccio, tender pieces of whitefish sashimi in a garlic sauce. Unusual and delicious. My brother had a very substantial rice cake, crab, avocado concoction that he raved about and my sister enjoyed her Poke Bowl. I tried the iced Green Tea which worked well in taste and color, not that that mattered. All were presented beautifully. We sat at the sushi bar and both sushi chefs were very friendly and helpful. Plus, I got to practice my limited Japanese. A very satisfying meal.
