I called Minnesota Translations during the COVID 19 pandemic, desperate to get a translation for a client. They were still open, very prompt, and accurate in their translations. Additionally, I asked them several cyber security questions prior to sending them my client's documents. I felt very comfortable after learning about their security protocols. This was my first experience with Minnesota Translations. Robert Lupo was the point person I worked with. God just opened the door to sell my product( Birthright Baby Pig Milk Replacer) in China. Minnesota Translations translated a 39 slide PowerPoint into Mandarin Chinese for me. They did and excellent job at a fair price. They kept me updated on the progress of the translation. They made any changes or corrections I needed. The work was done in a timely fashion. I will use Minnesota Translations again and would highly recommend them.

I called these folks for a time sensitive project and the person on the phone assured me they will be able to translate my document within 2 days. I was asked to send in an electronic copy of the document, which I did right away, after which they would share the quote for their services within a couple of hours. When I hadn't received the quote within 4 hours, I called them back and was told by the same person that the quote is on its way. Next morning, still nothing so I called again and was told the quote will be sent soon. When I hadn't heard anything by the afternoon, I called again for the third and final time and was told the same thing. My document was due the next day. At this point, I realized that these people had no intention of translating my document within the time frame they had promised. They reached out to me 5 days later, well after the project deadline had passed. Fortunately, another company in the area, Tembua, was able to translate my document within a day. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Minnesota Translations. Had I relied on these people, I would have missed the deadline for this major project. If this company had any respect for their clients, they would not have kept me on the hook by agreeing to translate within 2 days.
