I purchased a car from Key Cadillac today, working with Ben Ratliff. He was my point of contact from start to finish, was responsive, friendly, and worked hard at getting what I needed - which is exactly what you want in a sales representative. Despite not quite having the lowest price on the vehicle I wanted, it was an easy decision to go with Key Cadillac because the whole experience was a pleasure.

I traveled 95 miles one way for a new vehicle. I went to 2 local dealerships, and contacted one about 30 miles away, and could not come to an agreement and make a deal. I expanded my search to a 100 mile radius and really lucked out. Key Cadillac had a vehicle I was interested in and offered me such a good deal it was well worth the 2 hour trip each way. Brian in Sales had my car ready and waiting when I arrived. He took the time to train me on all the technology. Ryan in finance had the paperwork ready to go which is the part everyone hates. I was in and out in under and hour. What a great team. They made the trip well worth it. Thank you to the Key Cadillac team for making what is usually stressful and draining, just a nice daily jaunt! I love my new toy.

I am a huge fan of Cadillac and have been driving Cadillac for the last 7 years. I have purchased 5 vehicles and have one on order. However, I have always worked with Morrie's. Recently I started working with Key. I bought one vehicle from them and I ordered another. I also starting working them on service as well - even though the location isn't ideal. I have been very impressed all around! Key is my go to Caddy Dealership. The biggest reason I am partnering with Key for my Caddy needs is because of Kyle Meyer, Sales Manager. Kyle isn't just an incredible salesperson that provides great service, Kyle is an amazing human. He is the type of person you want to talk to and want to be around. Buying a vehicle is a big deal and can be stressful. Kyle makes the experience enjoyable and fun. (Yeah, enjoyable and fun aren't things you typically say when talking about a car dealership, but I can honestly say that about Key Cadillac.) When working with Kyle you are not only going to great great service, but he is honest and genuine. You can feel good you are getting a fair deal. Congrats to Key for hiring the best car salesperson/manager in the state! I look forward to working with Key and Kyle for years to come!

I purchased a car a few weeks ago from Anthony at Key Cadillac. He did a great job and represented Key Cadillac excellently. He actually wasn't the first salesperson we interacted with, however, the second time we went in the first person wasn't available and Anthony stepped in. We weren't the easiest customers but Anthony listened carefully and assisted appropriately. We had choices but I insisted on going with Anthony and Key Cadillac...in that order. He made a difference and did a great job. Thank you!

2013 Escalade with 78,000 miles had to have engine work costing 6000 last week. Now a week after I brought it in to Key for engine work they say the transmission is shot and will cost 4500 to replace. They say it’s not related and I am stuck with the huge bills. Obviusly not happy with this Cadillac and the service issues! I thought I was buying premium product but not the case when this happens at 78k on a 4 year old vehicle Update: April 2019 - less than a year later the transmission that Key Cadillac put in FAILED again. The GM dealership that replaced it said they can't believe that it was so bad (see picture). Luckily the transmission came with a 100K warranty on it and the GM dealership was able to replace it at no charge. Paid 4500 and had to replace it again in under a year... NOT ACCEPTABLE!
