It was skin burning, bruise causing, cookie box cramming good time!!!! My bestfriend and I went for the first time, and it was SO FUN! Tasha, our instructor was phenomenal, and made us feel so comfortable and confident. Absolutely would return and recommend.

I had my bachelorette party here this last weekend and everyone from early 20s to over 60 had a blast! Such a good work out that I'm still feeling it. Definitely plan on going again. 10/10 would recommend

The classes and teachers were overall pretty great, but the customer service is terrible. I purchased three classes through the Mindbody app that I was not allowed to use for class credit (they insisted they were purchased through a different app and didn't bother trying to explain or figure out what the technology disconnect might be between) and they consistently treated me like I was trying to pull something over on them while I was trying to figure out why I couldn't use those credits. I moved to a different studio.

I’ve given this place more than a few chances and the classes here are just “okay”. Tasha is the only teacher I’d recommend. Poor communication all around and routinely unprofessional both in person and via email.

Had a great time. It's not as easy as it looks. It's definitely a workout and a challenge. Just to climb the pole.had me exhausted. Great exercise at the same time it teaches Poise and Grace. While strengthening the Core Arms and Legs. You also get to b Sexy. Red... was a wonderful teacher and spotter. I will be talking a few of their classes. #lovedit
