I work in the wedding industry where timelines are tight and mishaps can be devastating for my anxious clients. I came into the shop with an \emergency\ custom job and they not only turned it around quickly, the owner was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced - in fact, I really should have been charged more for the amazing service they provided ;) The end product turned out beautifully and I highly recommend their services. (Images below - please excuse their pre-ironed state, I couldn't wait to post my review I was so please!)

I went to the folks at Alchemist for some tee-shirts. I made arrangements with the owner to have some shirts done, I forwarded the design to them, and followed up with the art files. We agreed to the amount and the colors and we were all set. I called a short time later, to see if I would be getting a proof and they told me we didn’t need one that we were going off the design I sent. I got a call the shirts were done and I went to pick them up and part of the design was missing. (A crucial part). I contacted the folks at Alchemist to get the problem corrected and didn’t receive a callback. I made multiple attempts to get in touch with them, to get the shirts corrected and they didn’t respond. I tried to work with them and made several attempts, I advised them that I would be filling out a review. They finally called and I gave them some options and they again didn’t respond. The said to add the missing part would be difficult and couldn’t guaranty it would be straight. I also offered they could just give me half my money back and they didn’t respond. The customer service was poor, and communication even worse. I would not recommend this company.
Alchemist printing is more than I could imagine! I just had some tote bags printed for my small business. I seriously could not have imagined anything better. The quality is amazing and the price is so right! I worked directly with tony. He was incredible to work with and helped directed me where I wanted to go. I went to pick up my tote bags at there shop and I got an awesome tour of their production! I seriously can't wait to have more stuff printed! Thanks guys:)
We ordered can coozies for wedding favors. The pricing was great and the quality even better than expected. The owner is very professional and we will utilize again in the future I'm sure.
Anthony has always been super easy to work with. Always impressed by the speed of turn arounds and the quality of work. He is always my first printer to recommend. Keep up the great work!
