Mini Waste - Skip Hire Sudbury

Ordered a skip for my yard which was supposed to be with me for 11am waited till 1pm and no skip still called and given the usual rubbish about driver had been held up at a previous job but I had already called at 10.30 am to confirm the skip and was told then that the driver was just leaving I was his next run and he would be with me for just after 11am. Just the usual lies from the woman in the office who also sounded really put out when I called at 1pm to find out where my skip was. These jokers cost me money and wasted my time avoid this company if you are a business or someone who values their time. I don’t like being lied to it’s not good business practice

Hired a skip as I had moved to a new home. Not only did I get a skip asap but the driver was very courteous, polite and professional. When it was collected I was a little hesitant as I under estimated the size I needed so skip was a bit fuller than anticipated. Collection came when I was out but there was a few bits I couldn't fit in and left just behind the skip out of site but on return these were also taken. One less run to household waste for me. A massive thanks from us.
