Welcoming landlords and regulars alike. Just a shame the traditional welcoming of the New Year was cut short before it began. Workington Man was left disappointed (by someone who thought to curtail the yearly celebrations, that always run smoothly, without any fuss or upset) but supported by the only other piece of traffic on the road (Stobart driver ) The Miners Arms, a great place

Friendly, great pint
Great traditional pub, friendly staff and the regulars are all friends that welcome newcomers. Good banter, will be going again for sure.
Where everybody knows your name....
The miners arms is a very friendly pub, the landlord and landlady are great people who make you feel so welcome. I will be returning there as soon as possible as I felt like one of the family. I couldn't recommend this pub more 5 stars
