The actions of one has marred all confidence in this organisation's branch. Considering a complaint had been lodged due to the severity of this one individual's actions; nought has been done to rectify this staff member's appalling conduct towards a client and am disturbed to learn that this unpleasant individual is still presiding over very vulnerable people at that branch. I don't know what image or game is being played here but that particular individual is unsuitable for the position HE is holding, he is like a loaded gun ready to go off or a hangman's noose ready to end one's life. A great shame that such a stain should spoil what this organisation is supposed to stand for. One star is is still too good to reward this branch when it courts an insidious individual in their staffing.
