A place to feel safe while you deal with your emotions
A friendly, safe place for people struggling with mental illness. There's groups held almost daily from art to support groups. Helpful staff & volunteers. If you want somewhere to meet new people and do new things I can highly recommend it.
I'd love to join too ,but it's just getting there and i wonder if it's a all day centre for art,craft,skills,meeting up with people ,that's the sort of things I'm looking for instead of staying at home 24/7 except for shopping and appointment for my disability (epileptic )
