One of the two places in Japan I had a bad experience at. We went up the stairs, a table was being cleared and it was given to a Japanese couple behind us in line, we were seated at the counter. I order a gyudon bowl and an egg. I received the bowl, and I asked about the egg. By the time I got it, my bowl was much colder and the egg didn't cook at all in the bowl. I didn't sense any malice, but stay away from this place if you're a foreigner.
Far too squeezed and understaffed; resulting in extremely lackluster food, very uncomfortable seating (no space for your elbows, nevermind your bags). Even as far as chain gyudon places go, this one ranks pretty low. Its only saving grace is the lack of competition around Aoyama 1-Chome Station. If you're in a rush, just go to the convenience stores nearby to get better value for your money.
2 floors in aoyama. The guy because he was busy or something, but the plates of previous customer remained on the table for a while added no cups offered. Of there's a sukiya nearby, go there and only to Yoshinoya as a last option for cheap beef bowls.

店員さんは外国人の方が多めです。カウンターにはパーテーションがあり、鍋膳とかを頼むと結構キツキツです。 それでも、青山周辺では珍しい安い飲食店なので重宝してますね。 少なくとも鍋膳は味も良いです。
