Every dish was beautiful. I came as a lone diner after work and sat at the bar watching the food being roasted and enjoyed the company of the very friendly staff. Lots of locals dining here after work so it is very lively. Try the bonito (exceptional) and the bamboo baked yuzu-citrus miso It is located on the second floor of the building.

Great atmosphere,open kitchen with huge flames from the cooking. Food was very nice. Busy on Friday, book in advance.
They brought the common bonito raw fish to whole new different level of japanese cuisine. Been living in japan for more than a century and used to eat jaoanese food but this one is really cool. Its always fully booked so i recommend to make a reservation or go late night hours to get a seat
