A very very delicious food that will for sure to warm you up on a cold weather! They’re also very generous on the amount of food that they’re serving so make sure to come here hungry! Will definitely come back for more! Awesome food and service!

LONG PHAM HAI

There are like 5 famous hotou futou restaurants in Kawaguchi-ko, but for me this one is the best. The warm and cozy atmosphere inside would make you feel comfortable and warm right away. The houtou futou was great and delicious, it was full of local vegetable like potatoes, pumpkin,etc. However, the bowl was quite big so I think it was possible for 2 people to enjoy 1 bowl of houtou futou. The horse sashimi tasted really good and strange to me as this was my first time tried horse meat. For me, the tempura was the must-try food here. Highly recommend tempura here, especially the shrimp one.

Our first try at houto and we were impressed!! The noodles come in different flavours in terms of meat and seafood but they are loaded with vegetables which was the winner for us!! Absolute soul food and the portions are very big! Love the setup of the restaurant itself. Tatami mats heated floors very very cool!

Got the anago and ebi tendon, and the pork pot. If you come for kabocha, there is a lot in every pot. Only order the kabocha pot if you want a ton. Delicious place. The parking is usually full, but wait 5-10 minutes and you should we able to get a spot. People are in and out pretty quick. Lost a star due to the toilets being backed up the whole time.

Great selection of food. Price is definitely okay for its amount, taste, and quality! We ate here after cycling up the Fuji 5th station. There's a long queue, but it's gonna be worthit I tell you. I ate the Wild Boar meat. I will definitely come back here.
