Love everyone at Southeast Sales. Bought my 2109 Versys from them. They have also done service/warranty work. I've ordered parts and even a helmet through them. Fair pricing, friendly people and great service, what's not to love?

Awesome dealership and staff! Great selection of bikes from many manufacturers.
Looked at the Kawasaki W800 yesterday and had a great experience. When my wife and I walked in and began walking around, Torre came out of his office in maybe 20 seconds and asked how he could help and then directed us to the W800. Torre pulled the bike out and answered questions I had regarding. Very pleasant experience, no pressure to purchase or any of the other buy right now type of experiences you normally face. I greatly appreciated that and it made me comfortable and felt I could take my time. Torre also asked if I would be interested in looking at any other 'retro' looking bikes to provide options and check the boxes. I explained I was in the process looking at different types of motorcycle manufacturers before making my decision. He respected that and again didn't try to push a sale. I went out and looked at the other options. Two things, the first being that the customer service at Southeast Sales was superior and the Kawasaki is my choice after exploring the other options and experiencing other dealerships. I will be purchasing the Kawasaki W800 from Southeast Sales Powersports.
Purchased the Kawasaki W800. Great experience. Great atmosphere and customer service was excellent. Went and purchased some accessories for the new bike, and Kevin in the parts department was very helpful. Thank you! Thanks, Torre!
Lazy repair practices! I crashed my bike a couple of years ago and had my insurance company pay southeast sales to do the repairs. I immediately saw that on one of my mirror mounts was some rust, coming from the steel bolts they used when they should have been stainless or aluminum alloy. After removing these bolts, I found that these bolts were actually custom cut to fit from a bolt that used to be longer. I expected these to be original bolts from Kawasaki but instead they improvised and used whatever was lying around the shop. I also just recently removed my fuel tank to replace my spark plugs and found a lot of missing plastic washers and broken plastic tabs. I will never have my motorcycle serviced here again!
