Visited on a Sunday. Line guys were great, facility is long overdue for remodeling and refreshing. Lobby and lounge very dingy, worn and dated, with little attention paid to amenities, snacks, refreshments. Customer service rep nowhere to be found

Returned a rental recently to Hertz and got billed 350 for cleaning fees. Called customer service and the branch manager to inquire. Claimed they had to remove a smoke odor from the car. One problem: I don't smoke and was the only one in the car during the rental. Told them the car was not clean and had an odor when I rented it, and that I already switched cars when I arrived because the first car wasn't clean either. Didn't matter to them. I have rented over 50 times from Hertz in the last two years, am a Gold member, and have never had a charge like this placed. I also told them I would not be renting from Hertz again if it was not removed. The answer: \That's fine.\ Incredible. Clean your cars before we rent them Hertz and don't pass those charges off to your customers. Especially your best customers. I will be renting from Enterprise from now on where customer service and customer loyalty are valued.

Staff is very snooty - and I cant tell why... This fbo is not staffed with model-esque women ( Very, VERY far from it), nor does it cater to the rich and famous, both of which are reasons for an fbo staff to be snooty... Also, the facility is not that great. Plus, there is a 60 dollar landing fee for a cessna 172, even just to take a leak. If you have to go to this place, I am sorry. Timmerman is a much better option...
