Great location! Out of any Sephora location, this is by far my favourite. The staff are very knowledgeable and offer great customer service. Usually I struggle to get assistance at most locations but the staff here are so willing to help you for as long as you need without rushing you!

I've had bad experiences in the past at Sephora stores with employees and actually switched to only shopping through the app/website, but this store is great. I went in today to do an exchange from before the lockdown in December, and was helped by both Imee and Reagan. They were so patient with me, honest, didn't rush me and my *favourite part* didn't follow me around the store or make me uncomfortable. I will continue to come to this location. Great experience :)
The gal whose name I don't know was amazing with helping me to choose a foundation. She was wearing an eye shadow that looked great on her, I ended up buying the same one but different color. They were very pleasant, the store was not crowded and great products.
It's a small location. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. They didn't have what I wanted though. They didn't have the rewards I wanted either. The cash line moved quickly.
I don’t understand how not even one staff came up to ask if I needed any help for over 10-15mins. The store was empty as I went during Weekday morning and everyone was busy putting items on shelves. Finally one staff came up and tried to help which was sweet of her, she repeatedly asked other staff to help her out but I felt like she was being ignored too. Weird, usually when you go to Sephora you get hounded on.
Sephora in Milton, is an awesome store!! Amazing products, and fabulous staff!! They know exactly what to show you for your needs, and are extremely knowledgeable about the products. Love going there!!
