Won't be ordering any applicances from Lowes Milton again. Terrible service and communication. Ordered a dishwasher and hose connector kit, then got an email saying ready for pick up. Followed by a call from the store saying to ignore any emails regarding the dishwasher, they'll call when it's ready in 4-5 business days. 8 business days later, finally got a call. Show up to the store and they say the hose connector kit, was cancelled, no communication. When pressed and shown the email, finally found it. Then they couldn't find the dishwasher! Finally got it, but terrible service. This was after we ordered a freezer in March 2019 that we finally cancelled after 3 months of waiting with no communication. Had chalked that one up to pandemic and high demand, but apparently that wasn't the case.

Great place and helpful staff. Took time to explain the technical details that was helpful for us to decide on our home renovation. Lookout for the sale and also compare prices... Price match is something I didn't ask about
I ordered primer online for curbside pickup today at 10:25am.I only recieved an email saying that my order was recieved. I waited and I waited for a confirmation for pick up .I have not recieved any for today,It is just primer and a entire day wasted ,so disappointed. I'm thinking that I will not shop at milton location anymore.
Employees working the floor were friendly and helpful, but customer service desk was lacking friendly personality. An item purchased online for pick up could not be located so I needed to go back once it was found, despite being ready for pickup. Most items needed were in stock. Quite busy on the weekend; social distancing in effect. Only one self checkout is available.
Well stocked store with courteous staff. Enough parking.
