Really need engagement from Xero regarding duplication of payments being taken from our account... no one ever calls back to follow up, really annoying and frustrating. PLEASE CALL US BACK

Xero keep overcharging our practice and collecting the funds via DD before we have a chance to check if correct. Our December 2019 bill was wildly inaccurate, and after spending 3 weeks waiting it's still not correct, and furthermore our January 2020 bill was also wrong.
