Quick and easy to collect the vehicle. Clean and comfortable inside. Drop-off was pain free too. Placed keys in a drop box and got on with my day!

Didn't use this place to hire a vehicle but one of the employees reversed into my car (while I was sat in it and saw him do it) and then drove off. He then denied he did it and accused me of making it up, even suggesting I put damage on my own car. Very dishonest people. Damage was minor (see picture below) but that is beside the point. If you do hire a vehicle from them and there's damage on it when you return it, just say that they must've put the damage on while you weren't looking. It's an excuse that works for them so should work for you.
The staff member Silviu was friendly and helpful also he gave me all the information I needed. No waiting time at the till and the process of hiring went smoothly. Highly recommend !
Be careful the guy called Mark, he would try every effort to let you buy full insurance, saying no responsibility, but at then end, you still have to pay
