Brilliant company, cannot fault. So helpful and friendly when other lamp retailers were not able to help or even reply to me. We had an old centimental lamp that I wanted to get fixed up as a gift for a family member. The best care was taken with the lamp and we recieved some really great expert advice. Very friendly. and very resonable price to have it fixed (was shocked at how little they charged). We will definately use them again!!

Found this company after searching for a local lighting shop to source lots of lights for our new house. Found both mark and his staff very helpful and their shop is massive with a great selection of products to help you see them in real life (rather than just a booklet), he even has a dark room to show case some new led lights that had come onto the market recently. Due to our house being built from plans, mark came out for a site visit to advise at our halfway stage on the different types of lighting that we should consider - he also listen to us with regards to what we wanted and advised after hearing what we wanted. He came up with a great list of lighting products and even sourced a couple of 2 items that we particularly wanted. Uploaded a pic of our egg light (as we call it). His shop is open 7 days a week and that made it easier if we wanted to pop back in but we did lots of communication through email or telephone which was helpful. He also drip fed our order through as and when we needed it. Mark's lights have been used before on a tv build show and he should be getting some more good publicity in early 2018 when ours will be aired. Very happy with service, advice and prices and we have already recommended this company to someone else.
