After reading all the positive reviews I decided to use this florist I spent 70 on 12 roses and a balloon to be delivered to my partner at her place of work on valentines day I paid the 6.50 delivery charge even though my partner works 3 minute walk away from the shop The flowers were delivered but no balloon (5) Got in contact with them to which they said that they are very busy and will ring back No call back and I tired to get in contact for over over an hour? Clearly the phone had been taken off the hook then the shop shut and they went home. I completely understand that it's there busiest day of the year but surely they should know what to expect then? It's pointless delivering the balloon on another day Very disappointed, took my money but didn't deliver my correct order then left me waiting with no answers as to why Certainly won't be using this florist again or recommending them to anyone. Be careful if you decide to use them in the future Edit : my partner has just got home with them, the roses are already on there way out, don't look fresh atall, and the card doesn't even say what I put. What a waste of money

I needed some flowers so I first went in to a supermarket and the flowers just weren't nice enough so I discovered this place and asked on the off chance if they had any ready made bouquets. luckily for me they did. The person behind the till was very helpful and 5 minutes later I walked out with a great bunch of flowers. She loved them. Thank you

Absolutely stunning service and beautiful flowers. Lady organised a lovely decorative bunch of mixed flowers. Price was reasonable especially with the end result. Definitely will be going back regularly now. Thank you :-)
