Poor service, very unprofessional and lack of proper communication. Level of service not consistent with what is stated on the website, they do not respond to phone calls or emails (I guess maybe to avoid litigation). They promise to deliver air cargo within 10 days but one month on my goods haven't been received. My experience with this company has turned out to be a complete disaster to say the least.
A certainly reliable company. MK Logistics transports just about anything, from my experience with them. Very friendly staff who are open to adjust according to your demands. Market competitive prices and frequent updates on location of your goods. Highly recomended.
