Under the present restrictions it was great to see the precautions put in place and in style. Took a while before anyone acknowledged me being at the front desk but once booked in I was shown where to sit and a full explanation of the proceedings explained. Unfortunately no hospitality in the form of a lexus stencilled cappuccino but understood why. Although this was a complimentary car safe visual check, the car was given a quick free valet and all details explained. Overall as usual, very satisfying visit and met with the usual associated great customer care youbwouldvexpect from Lexus. Well done and thank you. Steve R Lexus CT200 F Sport
