Samsung approved repairer, unfortunately outside warranty, which was fine. Insisted on raising a 48 charge to even quote on the cost of repair. They clearly told me that it would be \a little over 200\ in total cost, prior to quoting. I agreed to pay the 48 on this understanding. They then sent me a total estimate of 303, only after I had paid. Misleading and dishonest. Thoroughly unprofessional.

This is a complete con. Do not use this service. After I enquired via Samsung Repairs website re a damaged Samsung TV screen, I was sent an email from J F Associates - requesting payment of 40VAT for a 'digital estimate'. I exchanged some emails to understand more about what this entails as I feared my money would be taken, I would be told my screen is broken, and I would be slapped with a large bill to fix it. This is exactly what happened. The TV can be purchased new for 500. JFA want to charge 750 to fix it - and they spent no more than 30 mins taking my money before giving me the good news. I knew I shouldn't have trusted this company and now I'm kicking myself.

My parents TV developed a fault. JF Associates were assigned to collect, fix and drop the tv back. The service was great. I was kept informed with updates via email and over the phone. The engineer (Ryan) was so patient and helpful as were all the staff we spoke to. Despite the tv being beyond repair (through no fault of JFA) we are very pleased with the service provided and would recommend.

Our TV developed problems so Sony service centre promptly directed us through to JF Associates who very quickly collected the TV four days ago ago and it is now back up and running after them diagnosing the fault, sourcing and installing a new CPU unit.
