I remember phoning Ali up once and he gave me advise and was not even worried about the cost. I have never met this person, but during my communications on the phone and via email he was very helpful and a complete gentleman.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, guy called Ali was incredibly rude and does not know how to speak to someone, I’d be shocked if people actually use their service. Cowboys is the best way to describe that behaviour to a customer.
