The business park itself is very poorly managed, a job that should be very simple is somehow too complicated for so called ‘management’, there are issues in several of the buildings, broken lifts, faulty facilities, inadequate parking and incompetent staff that struggle with communication. It’s a shame as there is a lot of potential with a cafe, gym and great access to the lake but a business park with so many reputable companies should have a stronger management structure and a manager actually able to cope with business demands, this is not a difficult job!

Not much happening there. Just office blocks near ponds and not far away from Caldecote Water Sports. In the middle of nowhere and only one boring cafe available. Difficult to get to if you don't drive due to limited and erratic bus service. You might catch a glimpse of the 2 swans and ducks who most like come from the nearby lake. I've seen the 2 swans crossing the road once and sometimes swimming as well as ducks. I have also on occasions been visited by a particular robin which perched on my handbag and spent a bit of time on the bench.

Chilling in winters, completely snow covered. Not possible to walk. Single bus stop for public transport, although one can find a bus to Central Station. Nice business offices. Travel by own car or a cab preferably.

This used to once be a lovely sought after area, sadly it is now spoilt by a lack of parking spaces in the business park, there is mud on the road making it very slippery and the paths are often blocked by cars meaning you can't get over the churned up mud bath left from cars parking on the verge. There is often spaces in the business park unused as they haven't been allocated to a business for various reasons. I feel the park need to to re think the strategy here and use the resources better, as forcing workers to park in a residential area has caused friction and i have offered workers to use my driveway free of charge to help the situation.

There is no available parking on weekdays after 8 am, extremely badly designed parking spaces, however I saw a beautiful rainbow today so I thought I would share.
