Not particularly friendly or kind to artists trying to make it in the profession. I had just started out and was shown interest a couple of times, told I had been accepted, then my efforts at contact and feedback as to why I was suddenly being ignored were blanked. Not a nice way to be at all - got to treat others how you would like to be treated :-)
