Awful cold and damp, I know it's new technology but what about some electric heat from solar panels and why not move the bus station further away from the town centre so people have to get taxis to the shops. Minus stars if that's possible.
Clean and tidy bus station. Easy access in and out at times could do with better lighting as it getting dark..
Very very basic but serves its purpose
Generally clean and tidy. But, very much lacking facilities, other than the very basics. And, as said by many others, most definitely very cold, pretty much 5 months of the year - the surprising lack of convection heaters at adjacent automatically opening doors means wind rips through. So, if required to sit and wait for more than 15 minutes, be prepared for the laws of termo-dynamics to nip you firmly in the a***!
